1.22.4 was released on 2014-03-11; is a new release still planned for 2014-03-27 as per <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki_1.22#Release_schedule>? If yes please update the numbers, if not please update the date.

I need to know because the following patches for two known 1.22 issues are finally ready and I hope to get them merged and backported, but it's harder if I have no idea of the schedule:
